I write. I coach. I wonder about things.I notice what gets in the way, what we don't say, and the things we sometimes can't see about ourselves.Mostly I am curious what we might discover when we stop trying so hard to get ourselves right.

I love seeing something that seemed impossible become possible.I love watching someone begin to see something they couldn’t see before — and find their own clarity and confidence in what they really want.There is something about being there for that conversation that matters to me.It doesn’t feel like work.It feels like something I deeply care about — to cherish, honor and love.
